Henning P. Jürgens comments on reaching halfway point in RETOPEA
The team of the research project »RETOPEA – Religious Toleration and Peace« published an interview with IEG colleague and RETOPEA coordinator Henning P. Jürgens on their website. On the occasion of finishing the first two years of the project, Jürgens talks about the researchers’ course of work, their goals and the difficulties they had to face.

The Leibniz Institute of European History is one of nine academic institutions contributing to RETOPEA. The project is funded by Horizon 2020 and focuses on the history of religious peace regulations, trying to find innovative ways to make it understandable for today’s pupils and students.

Henning P. Jürgens became a member of the IEG’s academic staff in 2007. In the project RETOPEA, he is the coordinator of Work Package 2.
