New publication: "Vielfalt – Ordnung – Einheit. Kirchengeschichtliche Studien zur Frühen Neuzeit aus den Jahren 1997 bis 2015" ("Diversity - Order - Unity. Church history studies in the early modern period from 1997 to 2015")

On the occasion of the 65th birthday of IEG director Irene Dingel, a selection of her essays from 1997–2015 has been compiled in this volume, edited by IEG employees Henning P. Jürgens, Christopher Voigt-Goy and Christian Volkmar Witt. "The title of this volume summarizes essential elements of her scholarly contributions over the years. […] ›Diversity - Order - Unity‹ not only provide an overview of her scholarly work. These themes also describe in significant ways her personal engagement and interaction with her colleagues and the larger society"(foreword by Robert Kolb).
