Mihai-D. Grigore receives research scholarship from the Gerda Henkel Foundation
Mihai-D. Grigore, member of the academic staff at the IEG, has received a research scholarship from the Gerda Henkel Foundation for his project "Wege der Mönche – Wege der Macht. Mönchische Mobilität und Herrschaftsbildung am Beispiel der Walachei und der Moldau als Knotenpunkte im transimperialen Raum (14.- 17. Jahrhundert) [Routes of Monks - Routes of Power. Monastic mobility and the formation of power using the example of Wallachia and Moldavia as points of intersection in the transimperial space (14th-17th century)]".
The research scholarship, with which Grigore will continue his research project at the IEG, will begin on 1 July 2022. Congratulations!


Mihai-D. Grigore is a member of the academic staff at the IEG in the project "Leibniz Science Campus - Byzantium between Orient and Occident - Mainz/Frankfurt".
