IEG joins NFDI4Culture

Das Leibniz-Institut für Europäische Geschichte (IEG) ist dem Konsortium »NFDI4Culture« als Participant beigetreten mit einem Vorhaben im Bereich der digitalen historischen Forschung. Das von der NFDI4Culture geförderte Projekt bearbeiten das DH Lab des IEG und die Abteilung Digital Humanities am Deutschen Forum für Kunstgeschichte Paris gemeinsam im NFDI4Culture-Programm »(Weiter-)Entwicklung der Research Tools & Data services in NFDI4Culture«.

The project advances the further development of the ConedaKOR software. The aim is to lower the entry barriers to the use of ConedaKOR through extended and target group-oriented documentation for users and administrators, as well as through the simplified provision of the software application via Docker infrastructure (containerisation), thus facilitating its use in new application scenarios.
The IEG is further expanding its broad commitment and networking in the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI). The collaboration with NFDI4Culture also underlines the connectivity and cooperation capabilities of the humanities consortia.
