Research Coordination

The Research Coordination serves as the interface between the Executive Board, the research community, administration, the Academic Advisory Board, the Leibniz Association, and funding bodies. Its responsibilities include:

  • Contributing to the strategic development of the Institute
  • Supporting budget planning
  • Documenting and reporting on scientific activities
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating research projects and third-party funding applications
  • Advising researchers on grant applications and career planning
  • Supporting public relations and science communication
  • Assisting in the organisation of conferences
