Founded in 2000 (as the “Jahrbuch für Europäische Geschichte”), the European History Yearbook is dedicated to history from the early modern period to recent contemporary history. From the outset, the yearbook has been characterised by its broad temporal scope, thematic diversity and methodological openness, making it a central venue for academic debate.
