Dr. Eric Kurlander is a Senior Research Fellow at the IEG from May to August 2026. During his stay, he will conduct research on “A Global History of the Nazi ‘Jewish Question’, 1919-1941”. His talk is titled: “A ‘Jewish State under German Administration’ or Prelude to Genocide? The Nisko Plan and the Madagascar Plan in Global Context, 1936-1940”
