We are pleased to announce that the IEG Alumni Association has officially been launched—an important step toward bringing our community of scholarship recipients and alumni even closer together and shaping the future together.
The IEG Alumni Association is more than just a network. It is a vibrant forum for exchange, collaboration, and long-term relationships. Whether through professional networking, mentorship, joint events, or the promotion of innovative projects—the Alumni Association is intended to be a key tool for sustainably strengthening and anchoring the alumni community at the IEG.
The spokespersons for the IEG Alumni Association:
- Corine Defrance (Spokesperson) – IEG alumna, Research Director at the Centre National de la recherche scientifique (CNRS)
- Frans Willem Lantink (Spokesperson) – IEG alumnus, Honours Director of Humanities at Utrecht University
- Christian Bogislav Burandt (Co-Chair) – IEG alumnus, pastor in the Hanover Northwest district
With their diverse range of experiences and their enthusiasm for the community, they form a strong trio that will advance the Alumni Association with vision and dedication.
