The eyewitness talk with Hasan Nuhanović continues to resonate: During his visit to the IEG last week, Michael Hesse of the Frankfurter Rundschau spoke with the Srebrenica genocide survivor about remembrance, responsibility and justice.
In the interview, Nuhanović reflects on the continuing consequences of the genocide, the role of international courts and the political situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He also discusses the responsibility of the United Nations and his long-standing efforts to achieve legal accountability.
